      I have a revell1/350 scale of Bismarck and I want to convert it to an rc boat, how do I go about it? also is there any special glue that I need or just use the normal model glue.

          I would use styrene sheet for the various internal bits and then you can glue it with “ordinary” poly cement. or superglue, or plastic magic, whatever takes your fancy.
           
          Other than there being a thread on this elsewhere, as it must have been done before, I would go about it by first seeing how much stuff the hull will carry (before it goes well beyond the waterline)
          You will need to fit in r/c reciever, mini servo, motor (speed  280 more than enough, or perhaps a pair of 280s) battery, ESC and shaft/prop/rudder assembly, motor mount, coupling(s), wire, rudder/servo rod.
           
          You will need access, so the main portion of the superstructure needs to be demountable, possibly on a combing, or pins….you need access to the rudder tiller,
           
          How big is the boat? are you having 1 , 2 or 3 props? 2mm shafts will likely be needed due to the weight problem but there is not much choice of props in this shaft size.

            after a quick  surf I see  its 718mm long….
             
            I converted a USS New Jersey, 700mm by 130mm and draught 30mm (when completed) which is a kids toy, from Argos, made of tough plastic..
             
            The deck comes off in one piece giving superb access, but you have to be a bit careful with waves and water ingress, although its easy to bring alon side every 20 mins or so and simply up-end it to bale out.
             
            I used a single speed 280 motor, 3mm shaft and 25mm 3 blade brass prop (as I happened to have one !), ordinary servo, brass rudder and a 7.2v AA ni-Mh pack.
             
            It goes really well , is jolly stable, and great fun besides lasting a fair old while out on the pond,but methinks it may be a bit wider than yours and possibly a bit flatter on the bottom. I would consider adding a largish bilge keel to yours, and if any weight needs adding, stick it underneath the hull.!  these plastic conversions appear to be notoriously tender.   Mine seen below (the grey one) i cant seem to post one of it zooming along in the water. i will have another go later.
