      Hello once more,

      I have a brass 32mm prop on a M4 shaft, on a 28" x10" GRP hull,of a patrol boat design, powered by a speed 500, after all that…. is there a certain distance I should be looking at between the rudder and tip of prop?

          Oh all right….Rudder  is normally fairly close to the prop, but you need to allow space to unscrew the prop off the shaft without having to take the rudder off, so say 1 inch or thereabouts should do u. Or perhaps 20mm. Ash.

            Hello Ash,

            I’ve set in epoxy tonight, I’ll bring the hull with the bits in on sunday, and try it out on the trials section… main pond maybe frozen stil.

            I need to ask you for some ideas, the current Royal Parks Regs are being re-written or updated, the Parks manager has asked for some feed back.

            As you know there have been several incidents with these RTR speed boats and wildfowl on the boatie. speak to you soon.
