Hi everybody i am in process of restore a model of HMS Jervis J class ww2 Destroyer does anybody have a deck plan or a plan photo as i want to improve the deck i don’t have to do anything below deck as it is all done thyanks for any help.

Hi Pugwash,

The problem here is lack of information regarding the date the model depicts her. Jervis was the Leader so she had an enlarged aft deckhouse compared to the other ships of the J class. Also she had several changes in AA armament during the war. I would suggest a visit to your local library to see if they have a copy of ‘The Kelly’s’ by Christopher Langtree. This should give you all the information you need.

If you can’t get hold of a copy PM me with more information and we can sort something out.
