Modelman, they are Sopwith camels on deck. I built the carrier for my son, who wanted a carrier,but I didnt want to build anything common, so here it is. I should have sourced some aircraft first in retrospect and sized the carrier to suit, these are very slightly too big, It should also have Pup`s and not Camels (for the experts out there!) The aircraft come from a board wargame called "wings of War" and are very nicely done in 1;144, I didnt fancy trying to make such small `planes. Annoyingly the first thing that people say when seeing the Argus is "ooh, look at the little planes" the only bit I didnt make !. They do a larger choice now and some really cracking german ones in fab authentic colours. About £8 each, so not cheap and the reason theres only 4 on deck (one had fallen off the back just before picture was taken, you can just make out the little clear plastic post that supports it). . 1918, the date for Argus is just a bit early for Swordfish.  Ashley
