Decided to remove 300g from the bows!  Displacement now 8.1kg. That should be OK.

I think the waffle iron is now unpluged. You can always hope.

Hi all, good to note that there’s some summer boating going on amoung you. I’ve been sailing with the small navy several times this spring. We’ve had lots of fine weather. No photos as it’s all been seen before. Due to extreme lack of space I will be putting a boat or two up for sale on our equivalent to e-bay.

I’ve started on a Carrera digital slot car track. Mounted on 3 plywood bords. Detachable so the 3 boards can be detached stored vertically when not in use. The aim is to offer light entertainment when the men (adult boys!) are visiting on autumn/winter weekends -while the ladies are buisy talking, non-stop. We don’t get a word in edgeways so why not make some background racingcar noises?

I have of course photos but will not publish them here as it’s not appropriate.

It’s a long time ago I posted something in your building blog, as you have finished your boat, and I am still building.
I have reached the point where I have to make the railings at the first deck.
What kind of tools did you use the bow the metal so precisely. I tried it, but everytime it’s not fitting exactly. You bends are so sharp and exactly fitting, that I am wondering how you did it.
