Here is the rundown on today’s Top Twenty grinding down Geeks………………and in 1st place, for the second day running, is our very own editor (what do you mean fix??) and a rise of several places for Neil has knocked me off the number 2 slot, meanwhile rock steady Bob stands firm at number 3.

I must have been a bad boy yesterday as I have dropped to 8th place.

I have resigned myself to a life on the celebrity Z list and will soon be appearing in " I’m a model builder get me out of here"

Yes I have seen How it all works! (Or doesn’t).  and still remain aghast at the possibilities for one up-man ship that are being presented.

As you said "Enjoy"  ..perhaps some will obsess (now that will be enjoyable) as they try to find the judging criteria.

I wish to raise a point of order regarding the posting of photos and articles.

Whilst I agree that you have posted quite a few items on this and other sites and not withstanding your stirling works is it not the case that, as Editor, you are actually posting other peoples work and that therefore the new scoring system should take this into account.

There’s these mythical beings called ‘Developers’, (not what I call them by the way ) and with a wave of their baton, they can make things appear and dissappear….whether or not anyone has bloody well asked them…and lo…..we have gdfgdgdgdgdg………. and all manner of rrfftttdecceccdaasg.

Acording to the Oracle at Delphi, there’s only one sure way of making sure they won’t do something…..ask them to do it!

In light of your latest comments regarding this subject I can only express genuine sorrow for the people in "development" to lead such competitive and adversarial lives has to place huge strains on their relationships with other people.

Perhaps when they get older they might realise that there is a lot more to life than playing a bargain version of the apprentice.

Is there any way that I can remove my name and details from this gimmick feature?

Hi Vinnie

That is good news.

As far as I am concerned the world of model boating is a nice quiet and none competitive place where people can enjoy themselves and make as much, or as little commitment as they please.

Again speaking for myself I have left a very competitive working world behind and have no intention of letting it follow me into my last bastion of normality.

May I express a most sincere and heartfelt thanks for whatever strings you pulled to make this happen.
