Vintage Vernon models

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the vintage Veron model boat kits that were available through the 50s, 60s and 70s, and wether any plans are available anywhere ?.

I really like the Marlin in particular would make a great scratch build !!. Any help would be very welcome. Thanks.

Hi,Phil Smith (Veron) were available from his some at http://www.vintage model works.co.uk.

I believe that Belair kits do part kits for some of the Veron range.

Bear in mind that kit plans and drawings do not always lend themselves to scratch buidling as they were intended as a constructional guide for the supplied parts and can lack important information.

SLEC sell an updated version of the Veron Police Launch kit.

Hi Colin, thanks for the info. Im aware of the drawing limitations with a lot of kits. I have searched Sarik Hobbies plan list a number of times and purchased a few of their plan copies . I also have a 1985 copy of the model plans handbook in digital form !!.

Belair do sell a set of plywood laser cut parts for the Marlin £110.00 I doubt if there is a plan.
