I have recently taken out a subscription in which the cost covers both print and digital. However, when I attempt to enter, to digitally view the archives, I get the error message saying that my subscription no longer gives me access. I have tried emailing but get no answer. Indeed one of the given emails, the help one, returns a not delivered message.
I have even mailed the editor, but even he did not reply. Not a very good way to run a magazine!!

We received your email yesterday (Monday) at 8:25pm and replied today (Tuesday) at 9:07am. Not sure we could have replied much quicker than that so would you like to double-check your inbox? Our subscriptions folk have been looking into this for you today and should reply very soon.
