      I got the email from MB saying my subscription is due for renewal. Went to the re-up website, entered my data, went to the payment page and then the trouble started. All kinds of error messages. No way to pay in USD, etc.

      I sent an email back to the subscription department. Told them it does not work, using either Safari or Firefox browsers. They say call. I will not spend the money for an international call for this.

      Anyone else having this problem?

      Color me pissed.

          If you do it on your plastic, the bank will automatically do the conversion.

                I have recently taken out a subscription in which the cost covers both print and digital. However, when I attempt to enter, to digitally view the archives, I get the error message saying that my subscription no longer gives me access. I have tried emailing but get no answer. Indeed one of the given emails, the help one, returns a not delivered message.

                I have even mailed the editor, but even he did not reply. Not a very good way to run a magazine!!

                  It sounds like there is a problem with the connection between the subscriptions department and the information we have here on the Model Boats site which is stopping your subscription for working as it should.

                  If you would both like to email or PM me your subscription number and/or addresses I will find out where the error is coming from and get the digital editions back up and working for your accounts.

                    Evening John,

                    We received your email yesterday (Monday) at 8:25pm and replied today (Tuesday) at 9:07am. Not sure we could have replied much quicker than that so would you like to double-check your inbox? Our subscriptions folk have been looking into this for you today and should reply very soon.
