Sorry no parts, yes you were a bit vague, I to have a Gato and am awaiting inspiration.

I have the inspiration, also a length of clear plastic tube that fits the hull, just debating  which dive system to use, nice to be spoilt for choice, preferred is cylinders, but other projects beckon!

If the Gato superstructure plastic is not too thick you might get away without a tank.

It would make life simpler.

I just want someone to figure out how to measure how much there is above the waterline and come back with a figure.

I went for dynamic diving as it`s so much easier, however it all depends what you want to do. An easy system is available (see my previous postings) to get a better “more under than on top” sub.

 

I like impressing the crowds at our pond-side (there are normally 3 or 4 standing about) and so a dynamic diver was adequate to demonstrate the submersible qualities i had achieved.
