Been reading through my grandfathers memoirs from his service during ww2, and to compliment them there is a lot of photo's of ships and subs, mostly troop carrying ships and their escorts. I will get them all scanned and uploaded to my albums if they might be of interest to anyone. Here is one of a sub at the very end of war when they were making their way homeward to be de-mobbed.
