Mountfleet Models

A few words of praise for Mountfleet Models (MM). I ordered some of their figures in 1:12 scale but although they were received in quick time, four were badly broken. I phoned MM and was asked to return the broken items for replacement. The items were parcelled up and dispatch from my local Post Office and the replacements delivered to me 48 hours later, together with an extra figure to cover my time, trouble and return postage costs. So well done to Mountfleet Models.

Things do go wrong at time but it is how they are dealt with shows the true quality of a company
