i know there’s a recession on but i need the dosh for a building extension.

the Imara/Perseverance seen in my gallery is up for sale with plant.

winner in class at blackpool 2008 i would like serious offers around £1900.00

the steam plant cost nearly that on its own.

any one feeling flush or fancies making an offer.

i can only say no.

i would be interested, in a swap for a job doing .

i am after a bathroom suite supplying and fitting after i have had the extension to my house completed, and if any plumber in the north west who is into model ships and who fancies this boat in exchange for such a job then please contact me.

I am gutted that my health won’t let me take you up on this offer, 10 years ago I would have ripped your arm off for this deal as fully fitting a bathroom would ony have taken me 2 days and cost me far less than what the model is worth.

In fact 10 years ago I was project managing the build of an office block on the Isle of Man and I would have taken a long weekend off the project and included the ferry trips to get my hands on the model.

 

I am fed up now

it’s a genuine offer, and i’m not asking for  gold plated taps or owt like that. just a nice B n’ Q style suite with a corner bath, and a bog and sink for the new extension.

My daughters were in our local B&Q this dinner time and on offer was a corner suite in white with semi decent taps for £120.00.

If I were fit enough I could fit the suite and half tile the bathroom for total of less than £300 and come away with that super model.

 

There must be a plumber / builder out there who will take up this deal. If not you go and buy the materials and I will talk you through the work via web cam and phone…it aint difficult.
