Harrogate 2023

After an absence of three years and a return to the old hunting ground of the Harrogate Showground the Northern Model Engineering Show finally made its comeback last weekend. Under a slightly different guise combined with a model railway show the event offered a wide varied range of traders, clubs and railway layouts. A great show was the result and, after the usual levels of hard work, a great display was put on.

The weather tried to put the dampeners on things on Friday but numbers still looked healthy but on Saturday the place was packed. Hopefully it will be a financial success and the event will be repeated next year.

Good to know that normality is returning. I'd love to visit but it is a bit too far for me these days.
