Free plans for smit nederland tug issue 1988

Hi

I have subsricbed to model boats i thought that when you did you would also get the free plan in the magazine on the digital version i am so dissappointed because we do not get the mag in New Zealand and i thought going digital would be great i also see you can not get the back issue of 1988 with the smit nederland tug i am guttered it sucks that we do not have a bigger r/c scaled seen here in New Zealand

This is a Forum for discussion of model boating matters and we are unable to deal with enquiries concerning subscriptions and back issues. I believe you could get the printed copy of Model Boats posted to you by subscription though, I know it is sent to subscribers in Australia.

 

I would point out that 1988 was rather a long time ago and it is a bit optimistic to expect back issues to be held for that length of time, especially bearing in mind that the magazine has changed hands a number of times since then!

 

It may however be the case that some Forum members may have the relevant issues and be prepared to scan the articles for you.

 

Plans of Smit Nederland are still on sale http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/search.asp?k=smit+nederland although I don’t believe it is possible to ship the hull for the smaller version overseas – you would need to check with Customer Services.
