E-bay make a lot of noise about protecting Intellectual Property Rights but, despite my having faxed them a formal notice (as required by their complicated procedure, and costing us to do so) and them having been notified several times since then about this ongoing breach, they have done nothing.
That’s Sweet Nothing with a capital F. Nil. Zero. Zilch. Nowt.
So in spite of their much-trumpeted VeRO program, that makes E-Bay guilty of a secondary infringement. Guess what? They seem to care about that almost as much as do the low-life who make money from other peoples’ work without their permission. Not a jot.
Don’t really know who’s worse, but I won’t be using FleeBay for any further transactions this side of Hades freezing over. Shysters and scumbags are welcome to them.
O yes – if anyone does want a copy of the plans then a PM to me will produce a legal set for a lot less than this pirate is selling them; the moral being that If you can’t beat them then saw their ******* legs off
