Cannot subscribe

Regarding the Digital Subscription…

 

The “Renewal Existing Subscriber” page does not offer a Continue, Accept, or Yes button once you have confirmed your information.

 

The new subscriber page does not offer a drop down box or any method to replace UK with another country.

 

I summary, I have been a subscriber, but the latest web page updates are cutting me off. Is this intentional?

Sorry, but can’t help you from the Forum. You will probably need to contact Customer Services: [email protected]

 

However, if you are using Internet Explorer make sure you have ‘Set Compatibility On’ as this can otherwise result in response problems on the site. Check out the FAQ section at the foot of the left hand column to see how to do this.

It seems that there was a problem. It should have been fixed now to allow you to renew.
