From what I can see you have to click on the file at the bottom of the front page picture. That takes you to the page where you join for $10.83 then you can download it.

Is this something the new owners of Model Boats are aware of as there are a lot of Model Boats magazines on there , and all the current issues as well

There are lots of places on the internet that you can download Model Boats but I suspect that some/most of them do not have copyright holders permission. I also remain to be convinced about the safety of the sites, downloading from them and any payment details that you disclose.

For recent issues you can borrow them as emags from most libraries via Libby Overdrive. They do have copyright permission.
