Boat size for SC40 glow engine

I looking for a home for my SC40M (6.5cc) engine. I would like to build a Vic Smeed Remora which was designed for a 3.5cc diesel and is 30" long. I think it would need enlarging, and +20% would give a length of 36". Does anyone have a view on what size it should be?
