Can anyone help with a rigging plan for Bluenose or Bluenose ll? I have saved from a skip a model with a broken main topmast and severely tangled running rigging.

          Hello Brian

Here`s all the info you need to rig a Bluenose…….www.authenticnautical.com/ni-011.shtml

I tried to copy/paste it but the system doesn`t recognise it

Thanks Bob, but all I got was a page of pictures of their finished model.

              Hello Brian

Try contacting Billings Boats as they do an excellent Bluenose ( which I suspect is what you have)

Down our way a bluenose is a fish!

                  Good evening David

Doe’s your version of the Bluenose eat or kill people?? it seems that every other animal, fish or insect down there is able to injure or kill someone

                    Hi Paul.
You are mistaking us with Australia. The only poisonous bitey thing that I have seen in Gods own is the white tail spider and that was imported from Aussie. Our bluenose could only kill you if you choked on it because you had spent too long at the pub before having dinner.
                    David.

No response from Billings, or any other kit supplier yet. Waiting and hoping

                        Hi Brian

I have had a stroll through the interweb and found lots of sites covering Bluenose and Bluenose 11, have a look at http://www.bosunsmate.org/bluenose-virtual-tour.php.

for a fun tour around the ship.

For the full treatment just type Bluenose 11 into Google and you will find loads of contacts.

Hope this is of some help.

I have now got a rigging plan and a construction manual from those nice folks at Amerang.
The original kit does indeed seem to be a Billings No. 576.

Thanks to all who helped especially Billings UK and Amerang.
