Hi Bob

I made the lead keel in a mold after melting it in a ali saucepan over a bbq gas bottle that has a single gas ring did this out side for safety reasons.

The photo is in my album for some reason it wont' attach the this post?

Its a bit suck it and see, I can load extra lead on top of the existing keel.its 5 kilos at the moment.

I do not know why i could not post with a photo attached, its me I must be getting old and I am only 80!!

Hi. Hutch, I had the same problem with loading photos into a post, but I was able to load them from a new album.

I wonder if there is a limit on the number of photos you can upload into an album and then load into a post?

So it's not age related

Eddie its the Huawei phone app that's the problem.I have uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it worked for a time, but now it wont!

Bob, As for the sails I can furl them apart from the main course's {sails} as they have brass rod sewn in the sides and bottom to stop them from rapping around the masts when sailing in reverse or going about!

My wife has a Huawei phone, she cannot get the app to link to our PC . It worked fine for while, then the software did an update then stopped working. Tried it on my laptop but just the same.

Thinking of getting a USB Bluetooth dongle to see if we can link the phone that way.

I used another USB cable and I can get the photos to transfer to my PC
