Friends..i was purchasing scaled props for my crafts, and most of the time, it became unsuitable for my crafts..adjusting the motor and performance of a craft, to a ready made prop was just like shaping my feet to a newly purchased shoes..and as a remedy, i was making props from aluminum vessel lids, in to three blades..and one day after some of my hard modeling works, i was spending some time in free in my work room..so, suddenly i noticed one thing about a tiny nut..the nut was 6 sided, and each sides were in perfectly at 120 degree..cool..its the time to make a prop with it…
you can see the tiny nut..this nut is actually a spare nut of an IC engine muffler..
and can examine each poles..all 120 degree perfect…

so now time to realize..took a thick bicycle spoke..
and sliced one of the nipple at half..and threaded in…

and tighted the nut on to it…
and started to fix the blades..all with industrial cyano glue..remember..an ordinary domestic glue not be good one..

now prop set aside for setting the glue..now time to make a prop shaft..

cut the same bicycle spoke in needed length, leaving the thread side intact..
take two nipples and slice one at half…

Friends..i was shocked with the performance of this prop..so it was only a begining..for more research..so later i added some more good features on this same task…
so next i tried with even more big nuts and plated washers…
after fixing the blades..i used to build the aerofoil like section on blades, by PU putty…

                              can see the putty shaped..
and can see the aerofoil shape..it gives us even more thrust even at low revs..with less motor power…
