they are very hard to come by geoff as they were the first things to go on these models…………….that's why a lot of modellers are converting the boat to run on proper shafts motors and r/c internals……then they work very well indeed.

Neil is being to polite, those motor units are nasty, cheap and not waterproof. Coupled with the inferior electronics they effectively ruin what should be a decent toy.

I would add more but the site keeps on freezing oir is it our computer.

Model built to a price hence level of equipment, as such, criticism has to be tempered.
