Hi, i’m after a Lesro Atlantic 21 Lifeboat kit. I know these arnt made anymore but surely someone has a kit which is half built or needs building?

Any advice on where to get one of these kits (if its still possible) would be much appreciated.

Hi Dan, have just come accross your requirment for a 21. I bought a new kit from Lesro Models aprox £100.00 new back in june 2008, try them as I belive they have now got the sole distribution rights. It is not shown up on their web site so give them a ring.

I spoke to a guy at LESRO this morning and told him howmuch their little Atlantic 21 was missed.

he didn’t realise how strong the movement on model lifeboat building had become, with so many model kits and hulls there were available on the market now a days, and promissed me that he would mention it to the bosses with thoughts as to re introducing it as a kit.

if a few more modellers telephoned, they may just start production again.

pass it on all you lb modellers.

we can but try.
