Why is it that after 6 attempts to make a subscription on line the bl**dy thing says i have done it wrong .I am a man of great patience but this site is sorely trying .Before i reach for my " cure all " to all computer problems a few kilos of c4 please help me

I'm afraid the Forum has no direct connection with the subscription facility.

What exactly do you mean by 'done it wrong'?

Colin no problems done it the " old fashioned way " !!!! I phoned up and spoke to a " human being " , a dyeing thing these days in call centres ,lol, and he sorted it all out for me with no problems so job done now an official subscriber to the best magazine , i my opinion , in the world so i am getting my fave mag every month without crawling on my belly in smiths to get to the mags at the back on the bottom shelf .

Pleased to see you have it sorted. As you say, you can't beat an old fashioned human being to sort things out – long may they continue!

I'm sure that Editor Paul Freshney will appreciate your comments. He does put a lot of effort into ensuring that the magazine has the maximum appeal to model boaters.

Andy, you need to enter your 10 digit subscriber number into your website profile. The number is printed on the packaging in which your copy of the magazine is posted to you.

You should receive the latest issue next week.
