The address given on the home page of this website for problems with any misprinted magazine subscription copies is: [email protected] which goes direct to CDS who actually physically process all subscriptions for the UK.. They respond with a job number etc. and then resolve the problem. Others have posted in recent days and have confirmed such problems have been resolved.

The direct email address to MyHobbyStore Subscriptions Dept. at Head Office is: [email protected] as per the panel on Page 4 of any copy of MB.

USA and Canada subscribers are all dealt with by [email protected],, again as per Page 4 of Model Boats magazine.

To the best of my knowledge there is no official email address such as [email protected]. Therefore emails to that address would not a receive a reply.

Thank you Mr. Freshney. Appreciate the clarification of the email addresses. I was having a problem with delays but they have come in now. Only thing I need now is my 8 digit Subscriber number so I can read articles for Subscribers Only on the MB website.

It was not on the shipping envelope of my JaN 2011 Issue.
