I haven’t recieved my copy of the May 2010 issue of Model Boats . I e-mailed customer services on the 30th of last month and have yet to recieve a reply from them. Is this usual not to get a reply? I recieved the June issue and the commenorative special last week.

When you say you emailed customer services do you mean the subscription people or the MyHobbyStore Customer Services at [email protected] who are now dealing with subscription queries.

I emailed [email protected] I gave them my name and address and subscriber number.

Email them again. If you still have no joy, PM me with the details and I will pass them on through their internal email.

Yes, there is a possibility of another ‘Best of”, should be confirmed next month I hope.

I’ll put my hand up for another ‘best of’. I’d like to see some more of the old articles reprinted. There was a series on ocean going tugs and one on Thames tugs, hint hint.

I also did not receive my May issue, the first time it’s happened. An email to customer services brought a very quick reply from Amanda informing me that a replacement copy had been sent.

Excellent service and much appreciated.
