Is it normal in Model Boats suport that they do not respond to mail, when they might have made a “mistake”? I feel a bit ignored.
First I sent an e-mail, because I had not received my magazine.
Then I got very quick response and a nice email. ” kc=”problem fixed

But then I saw the digital magazine from March (when I ordered the magazine.) That the welcome gift is only for UK.
But the link on http://www.modelboats.co.uk. it says nothing about it (ordered from the link.)
Sent an email and asked if that is the case, but now I get no response.
Some others from other countries that have received the welcome gift? (I’m from Norway.)
