hi just an idea for an article for the magazine ,as a new skipper at yacht sailing i found that there was not a lot of information on how to get the best out of my model and going by the number of people who looked at my post on how to tune a yacht a few more people would like to know too. i know you can not give a guide that would fix every boat but if there was a list of things to try it would be helpfull. thanks for reading my post regards sammyk

Thats a good idea and you are the ideal person to write the article as you have the first hand experience of the problems so get the keyboard warmed up and take a few photos.

hi paul ,thanks for your reply but i dont know if my experience would do anyone any favours but you never know .i may write a log about what i have tried on the yacht and someone with more experience could put me right if i say something wrong .ps i have only been sailing for about a month.regards sammyk

Your inexperience is exactly the reason why an article written by yourself would be so interesting; a fresh look from an unbiased point of view is always a great basis for short article.
