Hi All,

This is directed more to the publishers of Model Boats Magazine than the general forum. I found the following site on E bay http://stores.ebay.ca/Jim-and-Gins-Store where they are offering scanned copies of your published plans. Most of the ones they offer I have from the original issues, but I think the publishers should be offering them, does the above site have permission to reproduce the plans and what is the publishers policy on reproduction of past articles and plans?

In general Gerald no they will not have permission. These plans will be covered by copyright laws which means that only the publishers have permission to sell any copies.
