              my mate built one hit the bank and it sank  water not very deep  so not a lot of damage gordon

              Jase, very nice indeed. Its a twist this lifeboat building thing…you would have thought that out of all the model boats you could build, a lifeboat would be the safest.  I bought one of those RTR lifeboats for £40 a while ago, and in any sort of breeze it tips over ! Ashley

                  At the time of that photo it had 1x 550 type motor running a 25mm prop.  however it was over powered and steering with one rudder was poor unless at speed.

                  Following a motor and shaft re-fit, she is now fitted with 2 graupner speed 300s, running  20mm props, she now gives a realistic turn of speed and is very manouvreable, especially at low speed.  She can do a 360 turn in just over her own length
