Hi Folks,

I have chewed this over with Paul Freshney and we don't think that this Forum, which is of course sponsored by a commercial organisation, should carry explicitly critical comments concerning a competitor whether they are true or not. Most other Forums would take the same view as it can often become difficult from the reader's viewpoint to separate fact from opinion.

Disputes between customers and suppliers are best resolved away from public forums unless of course an obvious fraud is being perpetrated.
