        Hi and one for Colin maybe.

        My subscription to MB is about to end (might have already) and I would like to renew. My question though is do you know what the next gift would be, as I already have a 2.4 radio set and would not really need another?

          I don't think that you get a freebie for just renewing your subscription – I never have. I think it's a tease for attracting brand new subscribers only. Yep – unfair (just like extra interest for new bank account customers or cheaper mortgages for new customers) but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
          You could always take out the new sub under SWMBO's name, then revert back to yours next time. That way it's a 'new' customer every year, innit? I wonder if MTM have spotted that one……………….

            I don't have anything to do with subscriptions but Dave is right in what he says.

            Personally I don't go much on freebies which I might not necessarily want, much better to get the cheapest deal!

              Hi Both

              Just a thought, that was all. The previous subscription was a gift from my mother-in-law last Christmas. Although delivered to me, I guess it was in her name and I think did not go direct with MyTimeMedia but another subscription company.

              I like the digital bit as well as the hard copy, so would prob go for both again. I will wait and see.

                Andy,

                In that case there would seem to be no reason why you shouldn't take out a new sub in your own name. Your MiL should be able to tell you on what basis your existing one was taken out.
