      Well ive decided to bite the bullet so to speak and try and give up the evil weed ! been down to the docs and ive got to pick up me patches saturday morning , hard hats and a bomb shelter have been provided for the family , not sure this is the best time to start a build such as the Altair but my thinking was that it would need my full attention so may help take my mind off wanting a ciggy , so if any of you guys have been through this and have any helpful advice that would be great ,

          Just completed first 2 months.

          I didn’t use nicotine replacement but still using “Champix” from local stop smoking clinic.
          No not easy but getting there.

            Keep up the good work Bob, The patches are ok but there is a knack to lighting them  they work ok or seem to as in i dont seem to be wanting to jump down everybodys throat (exept in laws but even smoking didnt stop that ) but i do seem to be going thru pencils at a alarming rate  as you say not easy but getting there !
