Many of you may not be aware that the Model Engineer Exhibition is early this year. Due to other events changing dates because of the Olympics, the only date we could get this year was the 2, 3 and 4 of November.
This means you have to get your entries in early this year. Model Boats readers have always supported this exhibition and you will all be welcome again this year.
Please put your entries in as soon as possible, and if you can, as well as entering your models into competition, bring two or thre of your other models to enter into the loan section.
You can download the entry forms here:

This year's show already promises to be bigger and better than ever with more club stands already booked than in recent years.
Colin Vass is bringing his Battleship, HMS Warspite again this year, it really is an impressive model.
Grahame Palmer is bringing his Steam Yacht SMS Komet as built in 1911 in Germany.
The Steamboat Association is bringing a 26 Foot Steam Launch Lizzee which I am sure will be of interest to boat enthusiasts.
Blackheath Model Power Boat club and the Victoria Steam Boat club will be there, they support us every year, thank you both.
I hope you all will enter a model or perhaps two or three.
Also, for those of you who would like to visit again this year, the free Sunday ticket will be in an issue of Model Boats published before the Exhibition.
I hope to see you all there.
