      Hey Group newbie question!!!!!

The title is a little misleading but catchy (I hope). I'm designing a seam set-up (boiler-engine-water tank-condenser etc).and in the layouts I've looked at, the driving power seems to come off the engine side with the flywheel. Does it have too? For some reason, not sure why, maybe aesthetics, I would like the non-fly wheel end to be the driving side. Advice appreciated.

      Thank you.

          Hi Ken

There's no technical reason if your engine has a crank shaft either end for the drive will be fine, pictures always give us a better idea of what your proposing even if it's a sketch.
