Hi ,

has anyone out there got a copy of Richards plan for the Paddle Steamer. His book makes very interesting reading with step by step building instructions – but no help available from the publishers and his website is obviously no longer available.

Have tried Paddleducks and Mayhem sites with no success – be grateful for any assistance.

I also had this problem and finished up selling the book.

However PS Prunella MM 1233 from myhobbystore could be easily modified to suit the building methods Richard uses. Prunella has similar dimensions but the Mamod steam plant would need replacing with a modern electric installation. Further detailing could be added as to what standard of model is required.

Looked up the last address I had – it shows the Princess Elizabeth as a kit – http://www.angelfire.com/empire/webb/MainFrame_Home.htm. Obviously non operational now. and of no practical use unfortunately
