Any one out there got a set ofplans for the Amythest as i would i like to build thisd for my dad who was on board at the time .

Andy, a good source of line drawings in "theblueprints" website..or something similar (unable to look it up just now) loads of 1 2 or 3 view drawings. free to register for better reolution of the prints.

(it`s what i use for my models—but dont tel anyone) you can print them out and have them enlarged to the size you want at a print shop, easy source of plans for simpler models.

Way back in the fifties, Hobbies used to sell a wooden waterline kit of the Amethyst

I think they are still in business……Give them a call?
