that's just broken my "dream" so to speak.

I was only talking to a mate today about Bluebird……….her restoration is almost complete, and the Cumbrian Council, and Water authorities have given the crew that have restored her, a licence to run Bluebird up on Coniston this year, 2012 to a maximum of 100mph…….don't know when yet, but hopefully later this spring or summer……now that is where I'LL BE rather than watching some prima donna's racing around an oval in London, lol

If I hear anything as to a date……I'll post it.

As per my previous post, the plan is MM1462 which is incorrectly listed on the MHS website. The plan and article were first published in the July 1994 issue of Model Boats so if you order from the link i have given above, (or by phone), you should get the correct plan!

The article by Andrew mcCoy only included the plan, some background information on Bluebird K7 plus some drawings of modifications to the boat. There was no associated model build.

Overall model length is 34.75 nches.
