Weight of bulb for a Stra 45 rc yatch

I have built a star 45 yatch and found that the bulb was not heavey enough.

Can anyone with a star 45 help me with the corect weight of the keel and bulb.

1.5 kg was too light and have re-molded one that weighs 4.25 kg that seems excess weigh. The plans from the web site Star 45 in various places shows the shape and size but on mention of the weight .
