Hello Fellow Modellers,

Im wanting to build a model of the massey shaw fireboat used in london fire brigade and wondered if anyone knew if there were any plans out there already for this boat?

I want to make a model about a meter long with working fire hose, which i think will be quite good to show off with on the lakes.

try the Imperial war museum archives( i think at Duxford) as they have an incredible amount of archive material and plans for lots of RAF air sea rescue boats, and other waterborn craft, and the London Fire Brigade Museum, as I believe they do hold a lot of info on the Massey Shaw.

Type Massey Shaw into google and you will get all sorts of information and contact details from the preservation society to the fire brigade to salvage squad

my brother in law works for the fire safety department so he was going to try and help but i was just trying to make sure there wasnt a set of plans already out there for the model.

I have been on google several times to research this project.
