            Hi Ray,I do not know where you live,but AMBO have members dotted about the country,and if you lived close one would give you a hand. I am down in Kent, my barge is on my Gallery, It’s all scratchbuilt.

              I am currently building the james piper .I am having trouble get the sails into sale (scale 1/ 24 ) .also having tracking down locations of winches. In australia  plus working out rigging cordage sizes.

                If you fill in your Profile we might know where in the world you are  and suggest help,that is James Piper in my Gallery that I scratched built from Plans supplied via AMBO, check out the link on Daryl Dobbs post.

                Winches were made up from gear wheels and sheet styrene.
