      Hi. I'm building my first model, the Felix by Krick, **LINK**

      The wooden part of the model is almost complete – though I botched up a few steps and had to backtrack and improvise in parts. I've also fitted the supplied motor, and propeller parts. I think I need to to get the following:

      • a battery
      • a speed controller
      • a servo for the rudder
      • an RC transmitter and receiver

      I had hoped to get all these in a matched kit, thus avoiding the risk of getting some incompatible combination. I picked up a copy of Model Boat tonight, in the hope of seeing an advert for such a combination. I don't see that. So, have I missed any parts from the list above, and please can you suggest some basic parts suitable for my purposes?

              Here's a wiring diagram suitable for any 2-channel model with a 540 and 7.2v battery:
