      Hi everyone, im Jon from a sleepy town called Attleborough near Norwich.Ive recently aquired this boat from my uncle and firstly unsure to whether its a Huntsman or Swordsman. I would say 75% of answers have been Huntsman. Unfortunately i cant ask my uncle as he passed away 6 months ago, but all i do know is that he rebuilt it quite a few years ago after there was a fire. He did tell me that it was over 60 yrs old and use to be steam powered. Im sure someone on here will be able to confirm one way or the other. I cant tell you much more about it other than its 42" long and wooden. Thanks in advance…..Jon

          Hello Jon

          I hate to add more confusion but the model could also be a Huntress, a regular contributor to the forum Dave M will have a better idea.

          Another problem is that these boats were designed in the 1960s and due to its shape it is very unlikely that your model was ever steam powered. Could your uncle have had two boats?

            Hi Paul, he had quite a few boats and planes from what i remember so yes i may well have this one confused with another. Either way i would like to find out so i can get it finnished..

              Jon. A picture might solve it, or is that the boat in your album?? As per a previous whinge of mine, your pictures are unlabelled and so we cant tell if it is the boat in question.
