Sorry nothing to do with boats.

One of my Granddaughters had some Harry Potter figures she didn’t want. So I brought them home and have painted them for my youngest Granddaughter, who is a Harry Potter fan, for Christmas.

Hope she likes them!

Just got to get them safely to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia !

You must have a very steady hand and a very small brush Tim, how tall are they, 3″ 1/24th?

Neat looking paint job, I’m sure your granddaughter will love them.

Yes, they are about 3 inches high.

I was also given a cast of the Hogwarts train, just the engine. It’s about 10″ long. Haven’t done anything with that yet as the casting needs some work, cleaning it up and repairing some damage.

I won’t see my youngest Granddaughter till next July, so that gives me time to get it repaired and painted.

Picture of the Hogwarts engine casting. Don’t know if there was a tender.

At least I have one to use for reference from my Railway modelling days.
