Our local Costa today had some new stirrers, bamboo, absolutely no use whatsoever for deck planking!!!!!!

Is this the end of scratch building?

Will there be a black coffee market!!

        Sign of the times!

I haven’t used them for planking but I used to use them for stirring my acrylic paints in my Warhammer painting days.

When I go to the dentist there are always adverts for bamboo toothbrushes both manual and electric.

Gosh that’s bad news! I know several people who swear by them….

Did you have to buy a coffee to get one? If so it seems a bit of an expensive way to plank your boat. Or did you pinch all the ones in the container leaving subsequent customers with scalded fingers?

I’ve had handfuls in the past but always after asking nicely!! The young ladies are usually very helpful when you ask nicely, never had to pinch one yet!!!

                What, the lady?!

You need to know somebody who works for a large catering organisation.  I’ve got enough to outlast me!

Lots for sale on Amazon, not too expensive. Says they are wood! Not as cheap as freebies though
