You'll need a good pair of sunglasses. Lovely woodwork, that's quite a transformation.

            smo 1.jpgsmo 3.jpgsmo 4.jpgsmo 5.jpgsmo 7.jpgHi Lads

Been working on the Slo Mo Shun 4 which was OK on the top sides, but the bottom is not.

A lot of fibre glass mainly around the step area.

            Finally got it painted.

              Nice job Harry……BUT….

4 coats is a good primer for the veneer, when are you going to apply the next 10 coats to finish it?????

Pictures of slo mo going fast, as and when please.

                Hi Ashley

The paint tin has 2/3 coats required.

I sanded down with wet and dry sandpaper after the third coat.

                Added the fourth coat !!!

                  Hi All

The first run with the Slow Mo was totally disappointing .

Change the battery from 7.2 volt NIMH to a lighter 3S Lipo battery.

Just got it's nose up above the water a full power.

Back home and replaced the brush motor with a Banggood C3542-1450kv.

Next test will be on the same Lipo battery, but, plan on taking a 4S battery as well.

Good turn out of boats at the canal this morning with a high tide and 23C !!!
