There was a revival of the Prestwich Sloopy in 2011 which was being handled by Deakes Models. Unfortunately, a google for them shows the company as being dissolved in 2012.

There was a couple of them back in '96 when my club formed – very fast boats, very reliable self righting unless the driver had taped a flashlight to the top for night running (fortunately, a waterproof one and the propeller became a viable airscrew to get it back)

Thanks for your comments, have tried these chaps and the moulds have been damaged and are now not useable, that's why I am trying to get more picture's and measurements so I can try and make one. as well as looking to pick one up second hand [ebay ect] but no luck wet. once again thanks

Probably a dumb suggestion but have you tried contacting Dave Marles at Prestwich Models?
