                Hi Andrew,

                Welcome to the forum. I think I might have met some of your ancesters in the past. I was brought up in Hindsford. I think I was taught to swin by a Mr Jolly, possibly Fred but I cant remember his first name as it would be about 55 years ago. It was in Tyldesley baths, converted from the old Majestic cinema. Later I used to play snooker, I think with him and his son, possibly Brian, at the Botanical Gardens club. I think they used to live in Westbank St in Hindsford.
