Are there any waters in the Northwest that allow diesel/glowplug engines?

The Fleetwood Club allow i/c on their (saltwater) lake. Not sure of club attendance times etc, It would be best to contact a club official before travelling.

As a fellow petrol head I have searched all over the north west for a lake that will accept IC motors but alas the jobsworths have ruined that pleasure for all of us.

I sail my petrol boats on the local canal where, thankfully, people are more tolerant towards my bigger boats.

They will ban brushless motors soon along with steam and anything else that might chip their delicately manicured fingernails.
