Dear All

A very kind mayhem member has donated a superb model for my charity work but before I start working on it I would like to find out something more about the model.

It has an inscription on the inside cover that says DRH Craft 1971,

I suspect that originally it had an IC engine and could have been raced in the Offshore Model Racing Association.

There are some advertising logos for R&D Models Ipswich but I cant find any reference to this company on the internet.

The model is 4ft long and has a fiberglass hull.

Any help in uncovering its history would be appreciated.

It has the look of the Lesro Arrow, but it's too big for that idea

It does have the look of the Arrow and perhaps that is where the concept came from. The hull is to professionally finished to be a 'one off' so I am hoping to track down the manufacturer or at the very least some photos of other examples before I start working on it.
